How do I select items to purchase?

As you browse through the Mai Trading Online Store, select the item you wish to purchase and click on buy.

The item will be added to your cart. How do I know what is in my cart?

When browsing through Mai Trading online store, simply look to the top-right side of the screen to see which items you have in your cart.  Use the arrows to move between items in your cart.

How do I remove an item from my cart?

When browsing through Mai Trading online store, simply look to the top-right side of the screen to see which items you have in your cart.  As you hover your mouse over the item you wish to remove, click on the “x” next to the item.

How do I modify the quantity of a product in my cart?

Go to your cart to see an itemized list of the products in your cart. Change the quantity of the item and click “update cart” to modify the contents of your cart.

How do I empty out my cart?

To remove items from your cart hover over your cart on the top-right corner of the screen, check “x”  for each item that you would like to remove from your cart.

What is the standard order fulfillment time?

Exact delivery time will depend on the accuracy of the delivery address details you provide. Depending on your shipping method (Standard or Express), we normally deliver the purchased products from 1 – 4 days from the time of order placement (checkout). We make every effort to deliver Products within the estimated delivery time, however, occasional delays are possible due to unforeseen circumstances such as holidays or weekends.

Will I be informed if my order has been received or about the status of my delivery?

We like to keep you informed of the status and time of your delivery. Before placing the order you have to tick “Yes, I want to receive emails when my order is shipped”. Our system will automatically send you an email that your order has been received and update you about the status of your delivery. Please be certain that the email address you provide is correct. We will try to contact you before scheduling delivery to provide you information on delivery timings. We use our best efforts to accommodate your preferred delivery timings and date. However, you may note that such timings are for indicative purposes. The actual time of delivery may vary due to various uncontrollable delays that may occur.

How do I get free shipping?

We offer free delivery/shipping to the following areas in Kuwait based on its governorate once the customer order reaches the following in a single purchase:

  • Al-Asimah: 50 KD
  • Hawalli: 50 KD
  • Mubarak Al-Kabeer: 75 KD
  • Ahmadi – Zone A: 75 KD
  • Ahmadi – Zone B: 150 KD
  • Jahra: 125 KD

Why was my package undeliverable?

Our carriers may deem a package undeliverable for one of the following reasons:

  • Incorrect Address. If the address is incorrect or outdated, the package is typically returned to Mai Trading by the carrier or the unintended recipient. Please double-check your address carefully when placing a new order.
  • Failed Delivery Attempts. Most of our carriers make three attempts to deliver a package. If after three attempts the carrier determines that the package is undeliverable, the package will be returned to Mai Trading.
  • Refused by Recipient. If the recipient of the package refuses delivery, the package will be returned to Mai Trading and determined undeliverable.

Why didn’t I receive an email that my order has been confirmed?

If you didn’t receive an email regarding your order confirmation, please make sure that you have ticked “Yes, I want to receive emails when my order is shipped”.
